Reviews and Ratings
Our experience at the condo was unfortunately quite disappointing. While the location was ideal for skiing, we encountered an array of maintenance issues that soured our stay. After a promising start, we faced key problems, a leaking ceiling, and rust-colored water, which significantly impacted our comfort and enjoyment. It's unlikely we would recommend this place due to the lack of proper maintenance and responsiveness.
I had a quite disappointing experience at the condo. While it was meant to be a nice upgrade for a ski trip, the condition of the unit was unacceptable. On the plus side, the team tried to be helpful, but overall, the issues with access and repairs made for a frustrating stay. I cannot recommend this place, especially given the various inconveniences we faced.
The resort is conveniently located near the slopes, making it a great choice for skiing enthusiasts. The rooms are spacious, warm, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, I was disappointed with additional hidden fees that felt misleading. Additionally, I had a specific request for twin beds that was not honored upon arrival.
We had a disappointing experience at the condo. Initially, we were excited about the upgrade, but we faced numerous issues including access problems, leaks, and plumbing issues. The unit wasn't well-maintained, and the service response was lacking. However, the location near the slopes was a plus, and the condo itself was spacious.
Our stay at the Timbers was filled with a series of unfortunate events. While it is located in a great area for skiing, the condo we were in was poorly maintained, leading to disappointing experiences. Despite a nice offering of wine to help make up for the issues, the overall stay was overshadowed by maintenance problems that could not be resolved in a timely manner.
